Lander Basterra


Lander holds a Masters Degree in Data Science from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology. In addition to his love of computer science, Lander is passionate about art. He is a partner with the Robert Fontaine Gallery in Miami's Wynwood district, where he focuses on researching the art market, providing guidance and assistance to collectors, and managing emerging artist’s careers.

In 2016, Lander co-founded CodeArt. Prior to that, he was a volunteer instructor with Girls Who Code. In addition to his work with CodeArt and Robert Fontaine Gallery, Lander mentors recent immigrants and helps to promote the arts in South Florida in various projects. He is passionate about the intersection of art and technology.
